We hope you LOVE your purchase.  However, we know that sometimes items don’t fit and an exchange is necessary.  We of course can’t guarantee fit even with measurements. Online purchases are eligible for Online Credit ONLY – no cash refunds.

All discounted items from SALES, CYBER MONDAY, or DISCOUNT CODES THAT ARE 30% OR MORE – as well as CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

All accessories, jewelry, bags, and leggings are FINAL sale as well.  This is for hygienic purposes and in the best interest of our customers.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box or attaching tape/shipping labels directly to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping cost.

FOR ONLINE CREDIT

Returns must be received by Heavenly Boutique & Gift Shop within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.  This gives our customers time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, or smell of smoke OR perfume will be refused. If refused, we will inform you by email. You may then choose to have it sent back to you at your expense OR donate it.  After 30 days, any refused returns that we have will be donated to a local charity of our choice.

Online store credit cannot be issued until the return is received.

Return packages must include original packing slip to ensure processing.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).  Heavenly Boutique & Gift Shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it, but we aim to be much faster than that! You will be issued an online code via email in the amount of purchase (less any shipping) to use online for purchasing at www.myheavenlyboutique.com.

If you believe the item you ordered was damaged or defective prior to receipt, please email us immediately at customerservice@myheavenlyboutique.com and we will address it. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT WILL BE EMAILED TO CUSTOMERS IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT CAN THEN BE USED ON THE WEBSITE.
